Why the borough is a weak unit
A borough mixes high streets, residential squares, industrial edges, and parks. A score for the whole borough would hide the street you are actually considering. WhichStreet keeps the borough as context and puts the colour on the postcode and the street.
What to compare

- Read the public scores, then the notes from residents and visitors.
What the scores will not tell you
They will not tell you the rent, the condition of a flat, or whether you will like the neighbours. Listings on WhichStreet are posted by people with an account. They are not a feed of every home for sale in London, and a public score is not a valuation.
